Submission provenance

The European Commission EUSurvey contribution record confirms submission by EMJ LIFE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. on 24 August 2026 at 16:32:02. The contribution ID is 2fa89e1b-b19d-4c84-a5ea-21e9c5c190f7. The respondent is recorded as a Singapore company, the contribution privacy setting is public and the submission includes a supplementary institutional position paper.

Scope of the response

The response is deliberately limited to disclosure architecture, sustainability information interoperability, evidence provenance, information validity and regulatory information governance. It addresses selected questions concerning white-paper disclosure and update architecture, comparability, administrative simplification, issuer and service-provider information flows, sustainability information, distributed-ledger records and a cross-cutting Pre-Disclosure Evidence Infrastructure proposal. Questions outside the respondent's stated expertise are not presented as substantive positions.

Controlled policy position

The supplementary paper defines Pre-Disclosure Evidence Infrastructure as the structures and controls through which information becomes identifiable, traceable, interpretable, updateable and machine-readable before it enters disclosure, reporting, assurance, supervision or market use. The response advances six horizontal principles: source identification and provenance, structured identifiers, version and change governance, machine-readable information structures, evidence continuity and interoperability without duplication. It remains technology-neutral and does not prescribe a ledger, vendor or proprietary system.

Controlled package

The 122-page master file contains five pages of controlled record metadata and governance, an appendix cover, the 108-page European Commission contribution record, a second appendix cover and the seven-page supplementary institutional position paper. The package preserves the source documents without substantive alteration and records the source-file fingerprints used to assemble Version 1.0.

Publication boundary

This onsite record documents submission and source provenance. It does not claim that the European Commission has accepted, adopted, approved or endorsed the response, EMJ.LIFE, Pre-Disclosure Evidence Infrastructure or any related system.
