Historical integrity
Dated historical records are preserved. Current notices add context without silently rewriting original publication facts.
Only public canonical evidence belongs in public source governance.
Restricted material is not made discoverable through a public source relationship.
Restricted contracts, licensing schedules, pricing, credentials, private correspondence and internal evidence are excluded from public source records, structured data and machine discovery.
Public metadata must not be used to reconstruct or imply those records.
