Institutional record

The Institutional Standards Architecture (ISA) is an independently developed structural interoperability methodology. It begins with Evidence Requirements and Evidence Objects rather than attempting to harmonise external standards.

Methodology position

ISA provides a repeatable method for Evidence Requirement identification, Evidence Object classification, Native Mapping Architecture, Institutional Taxonomy assignment, Minimum Cooling Period governance, evidence compatibility analysis and framework-routing candidate identification.

Governance boundary

ISA does not create or modify reporting standards, determine materiality, establish disclosure or regulatory requirements, provide assurance conclusions, determine compliance or transfer interpretive authority. Referenced institutions retain their own authority, purpose, terminology and decision-making sovereignty.

Publication control

The DOI and permanent EMJ.LIFE landing page are the authoritative publication identity. The complete v3.0 PDF is retained onsite for research discovery and continuity. Its SHA-256 is verified against the official EMJ.LIFE record.
